摘要
采用纯铜粉末和冷喷涂技术,在H80黄铜基体上制备了金属铜涂层,并采用金相、SEM、拉伸手段分析了其组织和力学性能。结果表明,该涂层由单质铜和少量Cu2O相组成,具有层状结构特点,且致密度较高、与基体结合良好;冷喷涂使黄铜基体的表层发生畸变,并产生滑移和微区硬化效应;200℃,4h低温退火使界面两侧发生Cu、Zn元素的互扩散,从而提高了界面结合强度。
A cold spraying technique and pure Cu powders were used to fabricate a copper coating on H80 brass matrix. Microstructure analysis and mechanical property testing show the coating mainly consists of monoatomic copper and a quantity of Cu2O phase. With a characteristic of laminar structure, the coating exhibits good compactness and high bonding strength to matrix. In addition, the cold spraying process caused microstructure distortion in surface of the matrix, and dislocation sliding bands and hardening effect are thus observed in these regions. Annealing treatment of 200 ℃, 4 h may bring element dispersion across the coating/matrix interface, therefore improving interface bonding strength.
