摘要
采用冷喷涂技术,利用Al-12Si-3Fe-3Mn-2Ni合金快凝粉末,在镁合金表面制备了冷喷涂涂层,采用不同的热处理温度和保温时间,研究了热处理工艺参数对Mg和Al元素在冷喷涂涂层和基体合金中的相互扩散规律。研究结果表明:采用冷喷涂技术制备的快凝Al-12Si-3Fe-3Mn-2Ni合金粉末涂层,经扩散热处理后,可在界面形成扩散层,扩散层的厚度和均匀性与扩散温度和保温时间有关。Mg元素向涂层中的扩散能力高于Al元素向基体中的扩散;当扩散热处理温度和保温时间达到一定值后,扩散层基本不再变化。因此,扩散热处理存在一个适宜的工艺参数范围。
The rapid solidified Al-12Si-3Fe-3Mn-2Ni alloy powders have been sprayed on the surface of magnesium alloy with cold spray technology.The diffusion law of Mg and Al element between coating and substrate alloy has been studied by different heat temperate and preserve time.The result shows that a diffusion layer can be formed between coating and substrate alloy.The thickness and homogeneous of diffusion layer have some relationship with heat treatment temperature and holding time.The diffusion capacity of Mg element diffused into coating from substrate alloy is more than that of Al element diffused into substrate alloy from coating.When heat treatment temperature and holding time go some level,the thickness of diffusion layer will not change.Therefore,diffusion heat treatment technology for cold spray coating has a suitable scope of technology parameter.
