摘要
原发性肝细胞癌的治疗是以手术为主的综合治疗,局部化疗是其重要的组成部分,包括肝动脉、门静脉栓塞化疗、化疗药物瘤内注射、局部缓释化疗等。临床应用可降低肝癌的术后复发,延长患者的生存期。
Regional chemotherapy is an important measure for the treatment of primary liver cancer, including hepatic arterial infusion, portal vein thrombosis, sustained-release preparations for tumor, etc. Regional chemotherapy may decrease recurrence rate after surgery and increase survival rates.
