摘要
目的探讨纤维支气管镜检查的护理路径。方法将纤维支气管镜检查的健康教育知识归纳成综合的护理路径,分预约、检查前、检查后三个阶段开展健康教育。对照组52例,按传统方式进行健康教育,观察组50例,按特定的护理路径进行健康教育。结果观察组麻醉效果,耐受程度及检查后病情的自我观察效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用护理路径实施纤维支气管镜检查的健康教育,提高了护理质量和患者的满意度,降低了医疗风险,促进医护间的相互协作,提高检查成功率。
Objective To explore nurse approach to fiberbronchoscope examination.Methods Health education information about bronchofiberscopy were integrated into nurse approach（including appointment stage,pre-examination and post-examination stage）.Among 102 patients underwent fiberbronchoscope,traditional health education was carried out in 52 patients（as control group） and specific Health education based on integrated nurse approach in 50 patients（as test group）.Results Several indicators such as anesthetic effect,tolerance level and ability of symptomatic self-observation after examination in test group were superior to those in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Health education based on integrated nurse approach to bronchofiberscopy may improve not only care quality but also operative success rate and patient satisfaction level,as well as promote doctor-nurse cooperation and reduce medical risks.
