摘要
临床路径是对医院管理模式的革新,通过对临床路径实施障碍的定性研究,结合组织行为学理论,对医院管理接受这一新模式的可行性进行了探讨。
Clinical pathway is the reformation of the hospital management model.The possibility that hospitals accept discussed in this new management model is the paper, combining the theory of organizational behavior, by researching the hindrance to the actualization of clinical pathway.
