外周血造血干细胞动员研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 外周血造血干细胞移植是治疗血液系统疾病的有效手段。其中,外周血干细胞动员是外周血造干细胞移植的关键环节。以粒细胞集落刺激因子G-CSF为主的动员剂已经被广泛应用,现将近来用于外周血造血干细胞移植的动员方案进行综述。
