摘要
瑜伽具有独特的健身手段,其减压手段也为世人公认,本文通过对比瑜伽与健美操的异同,旨在健美操教学中科学合理的将二者有机结合提供理论依据,从而为提高高校健美操教学质量和培养大学生的终身体育能力提供参考。
Yoga has a unique fitness function and means of decompression is known by people.This paper,by comparing the similarities and differences between yoga and aerobics,tries to provide the theoretical basis for combination of yoga and aerobics in aerobics teaching.The main purpose is to improve the teaching quality and train college student's life-long sports exercise.
