摘要
本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和统计分析法,对湖南部分高校体育教师和专家进行调查、访问,分析了这几所高校体育教师的素质现状,结果显示湖南高校体育教师素质现状:体育教师的知识结构比较单一;体育教师的学历结构有所提高;体育教师的职称结构偏低;体育教师创新能力不足,科研水平总体偏低。
Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert interviews and statistical analysis,this paper made investigation on sports teacher＇s quality condition of some universities in Hunan province.The result showed that their knowledge structure was single,academic structure needed to be improved,professional title structure and scientific research level was low and their ability of innovation was inadequate.
