直驱式永磁同步风力发电机输出功率平滑控制

摘要 风能的不确定性以及风轮机自身特性使风力发电机输出有功功率随风速变化而波动,影响风电机组输出电能质量,严重时还会影响电网运行稳定性。在分析变浆矩系统特性的基础上,本文提出利用PLC来控制桨矩角,进而控制直驱式永磁同步风力发电机组输出转矩,使风力发电机组在一定风速范围内输出有功功率恒定,发电机组稳定运行。 The ,uncertainty of wind energy and the inherent features of the wind turbine make the output agctive power of the wind-power generator fluctuate with the change of the wind speed, which affe^tS the output power quality of the wind turbine and even the stability of the power grid. Based on the analysis of the oporational charactaristics about the pitch system, an active power smoothing control strategy had heen proposed through making use of PLC to control the pitch angle; the control strategy can keep the output active power of the directdriven permanent magnet synchronous generator for wind turbine constant and operating stably in a certain range of wind speed.
