摘要
通过对吉林省科技成果向农户转化的情况调查,明确了农户对于科技成果需求的现状,分析了农业科技转化阻碍因素,提出了强化政府功能,健全农业推广体制,培育农业龙头企业,提高农民素质等措施是提高农业科技转化率的根本手段。
By investigation on the situation of transiting agricultural technology achievements to farmers in Jilin province,cleared the needs status quo of farmers for agricultural technology achievements.Analyzed the key facts which hindered the transition and proposed it was fundamental means to improve the transition ratio of agricultural technology achievements that enforcing the government functionality,perfecting the agricultural technology transition,fostering agricultural top enterprises,upgrading farmer＇s quality and etc.
