摘要
目的探讨电声门图（ＥＧＧ）在临床上应用的可能性。方法用ＥＧＧ对声带息肉和声带小结患者进行测试和分析，并对手术的患者做了术前术后的对比。结果声带息肉和小结患者的ＥＧＧ波形的下降支出现“平台”和“副峰”样的特征性轨迹，且这种改变与息肉和小结的大小、形状、硬度和位置有关。结论ＥＧＧ可能反映声带的病理性变化，并可做为声带小结和息肉的诊断及治疗效果评价的一个客观方法。
Objective To study the possibility of clinical application of electroglottography(EGG).Methods Patients with nodules and polyps of the vocal fold were examined and analysed by EGG.EGG waveform of nodules and polyps pre-and post operation were compared. Results A 'plateau'or 'vice-peak'-like glottic trace was noticed in the descending portions of EGG waveform.Those characteristic trace were related to the formaiton (bulk,shape,hardness,position)of vocal nodules and polyps. Conclusion The EGG can reflect the histopathologic changes of vocal fold,and could be used as an objective method to diagnose and to evaluate the effect of treatment in patients with nodules and polyps of vocal fold.
