摘要
本研究从微循环角度探讨声带小结与血瘀证的相关性．对33例声带小结患者进行甲皱微循环检查，同时与30例健康正常人作对照，还对其中接受中药“金喉片”治疗的15例患者进行甲皱微循环前后对比．结果提示声带小结患者本稍微循环障碍，活血祛瘀药为主的“金喉片”能改善患者的末梢微循环，且临床疗效显著。
This research inquire into the relation between vocal nodule and blood stasis on microcirculation.The nodule of vocal cords (33 cases) and the healthy control (30 cases) were examined in nailfold microcirculation.Make a comparising the result of treatment group (15 cases, with tab.Jin Hou) before and after treated.The result shows that ending microcirculation of patients with nodule of vocal cord is disordered.The result indicates that tab.Jin Hou can improve ending microcirculatlon of patients by activating blood circulation and dissipating blood stasis and the clinical effect is remarkable.
