早期2型糖尿病肾病患者血清hs-CRP检测的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在早期2型糖尿病肾病患者中的检测意义。方法将76例2型糖尿病患者分为2组:单纯糖尿病组(DM)组40例、早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)组36例,另随机抽取健康体检者35例作为对照组;检测3组血中空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24h尿微量白蛋白(mALB)、hs-CRP水平并进行比较。结果 DM组血清hs-CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.01),EDN组hs-CRP与DM组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP是诊断2型糖尿病早期肾病损伤有价值的实验室指标,在一定程度上能够预测其发生DN的风险。
