摘要
目的 研究磁场疗法在各种疾病治疗中的作用及机理。方法 根据大量基础研究和临床实验结果，总结磁场疗法在各种疾病治疗中的作用，并分析其主要作用机理。结果 磁场疗法在镇痛、抗炎、促进骨愈合及心血管疾病、癌瘤、肠胃疾病等的治疗中均有较大的促进作用，其主要作用机理表现为电磁场对血液微循环促进作用，对经络及神经系统的调节作用，及免疫学和细胞生物学效应等。结论 电磁效应在各种疾病治疗中的直接或间接作用是多种生物电磁效应的综合作用结果。因此，采用磁场疗法应考虑多种因素的影响，选择最佳物理参数以达到理想的疗效。
Research the actions and mechanisms of magnetic fields therapy on various diseases. Methods By studying a large number of resuits of fundermental researchs and clinical experiments we have summarized that magnetic fields therapy plays an important role in curing various diseases and analysed the mechanisms uf magnetic fields therapy. Results magnetic fieldtherapy not only can relieve pain, accelerate wound and bone healing,improve the ability of anti_inflammation,but it also contributes to cure tumour, vawcular disease and the diseases of intetines and stomach etc.The primary mechanisms of magnetic fields therapy are associated with the effects of improving microvasculture, mediating meridian and nerve systems,and immunolgy effect and cell biologg effect. Conclusion The direct or indirect actions of electric and magneic fields on curing various diseases are the outcome by the synthesis of several effects of bioelectromagnetism.Whem magnetic fieldw therapy is used,varioys effects need to be considered and optimal ptysical factors need to be chosen to achieve perfect curative effects.
