摘要
目的筛选跌打万花巴布剂的基质处方。方法采用均匀设计方法,以黏着力、持黏力和透皮速率为评价指标,各基质及其用量为因素和水平进行U17(1711)的实验,得出最优配比组成。结果巴布剂最佳配比为明胶∶CMC-Na∶PANA∶高岭土∶PEG400∶甘油∶山梨醇∶卡波姆940=3∶5∶1.5∶6∶4∶20∶10∶1。结论该基质具有一定的黏度、良好的延展性和保湿性。
Objective To optimize the matrix formulation of DieDaZhiTong cataplasm. Methods The optimal preparation was selected by U^17 （17^11 ） uniform design. The viscosity and continued viscosity were used as indexes. Results The optimal matrix formulation was gelatin ： sodium carboxymethyl cellulose （CMC-Na） ： polyacrylic acid and sodium polyacrylate （PANA） ： kaolinite ： polyethylene glycol 400 ： glycerin ： sorbito ： carbopol 940 =3 ： 5 ： 1.5 ： 6 ： 4 ： 20 ： 10 ： 1. Conclusion The preparation has good viscosity, extension, and moisture maintainance.
