摘要
用卵蛋白(OA)致敏造成大鼠哮喘模型,观察哮喘大鼠气道阻力(R),肺动态顺应性(C)和血嗜酸细胞(EC)数的变化以及中药小青龙汤对其影响。结果:激发哮喘后第4d哮喘大鼠R显著增大,C明显降低,血EC数显著增多与正常对照组相比P<0.01。小青龙汤或西药必可酮治疗后,大鼠R显著减小,C显著增大,血EC数显著减少,与模型组比较P<0.01;其中R和C均达到正常水平(P<0.05)。提示:小青龙汤对外周小气道的病理改变有显著的改善作用。
In order to realize the mechanism of asthma treated with xiaoginglongtang, rat model with asthma was prepared by OA sensitizng. the airwayresistence, pulmonary dynamic compliance and eosinophil change in model and the effect of xiaoqinglongtang on them were observed.
The results showed that the airway insistence significantly increased;dynamic compliance decreased and number of eosinophil in blood increased in rat with asthma as the forth day as the asthma activited, there were difference between model group and normal group (p < 0.01). The airway resistance decreased, dynamic compliance increased and number of eosinophil decreased significantly after treated with xiaoginglongtang or western medicine. There were obvious differrence between medicine group and model group (p<0.01),airway resistance and dynamic compliaoce recovered to normal level(p<0.05)
All these suggested thatxiaoqinglangtang could signigicantly improve the pathologic changes of peripheral microairway.
