摘要
用放射配基结合分析和放射免疫分析,测定连续激发大鼠哮喘和加味六君子汤治疗后不同时间肺组织β-肾上腺素能受体(β-AR)结合位点和cAMP含量。激发哮喘第3天起,模型组肺内β-AR和cAMP均低于正常组,加味六君子汤和必可酮可上调哮喘大鼠肺内β-AR和cAMP,在第7天表现更明显。
The binding capacity of β- adrenergic receptor (β- AR) and cAMP content of thelung tissue were measured in groups of asthmatic rats treated by supplemented Six Noble Decoction (SSND) and other drugs. β- AR binding sites and cAMP content of the lung tissue in asthmatic rats and SSND and beclomethasone could up - regulate them, especially on the seventh dayafter challenge.
