摘要
采用微波消解技术对野菠萝果进行消解处理,再利用电感耦合等离子体质谱测定两种不同产地的野菠萝果中的Li、B、V、Mn、Cu、As、Sr、Mo、Cs、Ba、Pb和Cr等多种微量元素。结果表明,各元素的检出限为0.001~4.05mg/g,相对标准偏差为0.2%~5.0%,回收率为85%~105%,所建立的方法快速、准确。其中B、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ti、Sr和Se等微量元素在样品S1中的含量要高于样品S2。
After the fruits of Pandanus tectorius Sol.grown in two different environments digesting with the microwave digestion technique,microelements of Li,B,V,Mn,Cu,As,Sr,Mo,Cs,Ba,Pb,Cr,etc.were determined by ICP-MS.The results show the limits of quantification (LOQ)of all elements are 0.001~4.05 mg/g,the RSD% are 0.2%~5.0%,the recovery rate were 85%~105%.The proposed method is rapid and accurate.The content of B,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ti,Sr,Se,etc.in the sample S1 was higher than S2.
