摘要
图书馆人性化服务模式是提升长尾效应的理想模式。该模式对长尾资源集聚、满足长尾需求质量、长尾读者群向头部读者群动态转化具有决定性影响。该模式内存隐性制度约束机制、主动服务机制、创造需求机制和引致机制。本论文从"何以提升"和"以何提升"两方面阐述了该模式与长尾效应的关联,对研究提升图书馆总体社会效应具有重要意义。
Library personalized service model is to enhance the long-tail effect of the ideal model.The model of the long-tailed resource gathering,to meet the long tail demand quality, long-tailed readers to the head of audience dynamic transformation has a decisive impact.The model of memory hidden system of restraint mechanism,active service and create demand mechanism and lead to a mechanism.In this paper, two aspects, "How to upgrade" and "what upgrading" , described the model with the long-tail effect of the association.It has great significance to enhance the overall social effects of the library.
