摘要
随着课程改革的深入发展,学校课程制度建设成为当前课程改革的重要内容和任务之一。但由于各种因素的影响,学校课程制度建设却明显不足。因此,学校课程制度建设应着眼于现实,首先是实现现有教学制度向课程制度的转变;其次是增强教师的课程意识和课程开发能力,提高校长的课程领导意识和能力,发挥教师和校长课程制度建设的能动性;再次是建立多元主体参与的集体审议制度;最后是不断进行合法性追问,促进学校课程制度建设的有效性。
With the further development of curriculum reform, the school curriculum institution building has become one of the most important contents and tasks in the current curriculum reform. However, affected by various factors, the construction of school curriculum institution remains obviously insufficient. Therefore, the school curriculum institution construction should always focus on the actual problems. Firstly, we should change the existing education institution into the curriculum institution. Secondly, we should enhance the teachers' curriculum awareness and curriculum development capacity, and improve the principals' curriculum leadership awareness and ability, motivating the initiativity of both the teachers and the principals in the course of the school curriculum institution construction. Thirdly, we should establish a collective consideration system involving multiple participants. Lastly, we should keep an eye on questioning the ongoing legitimacy of the institution which can promote the effectiveness of the school curriculum institution construction.
