新型二氮杂双环化合物的合成、表征及生物活性研究 被引量:1

Synthesis,Characterization and Biological Activity of Novel Diazabicyclo Compounds

摘要 以酮和硝基甲烷为原料,经3步反应合成了2种氮取代的二氮杂双环结构化合物N-二氯乙酰基-9-氧代-1,5-二氮杂二环[4.3.0]壬烷,采用红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析对产物结构进行了表征。并利用土培法对化合物进行了初步的生物活性试验。结果表明,化合物能够减轻普施特对玉米的伤害。 Two diazabicyclo compounds N-dichloroacetyl-9-oxo-1,5-diazabicyclo [4.3.0 ]nonane were synthesized with ketone and nitromethane after three-step reaction.The compounds were characterized by IR,1 H NMR and elemental analysis.The preliminary biological test showed that the compounds protected maize against injury by imazethapyr.
