摘要
以六氢吡啶为催化剂,以 2-戊酮和硝基甲烷为原料,合成了 2-甲基-2-丙基-1,3-二硝基丙烷。采用正交试验设计获得最佳反应条件:原料配比(摩尔比)2-戊酮︰硝基甲烷为 1︰3,催化剂六氢吡啶用量 3 mL/0.15 mol 2-戊酮,搅拌时间 19 h,产物收率 52.7%。
2-methyl-2-propyl-1,3-dinitropropane was prepared with 2-pentanone and nitromethane in the presence of hexahydropyridine as catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were found by orthogonal test: the mole ratio of 2-pentanone to nitromethane was 1︰3, the weight of catalyst was 3 ml/0.15mol 2-pentanone and the reaction time is 19h,yield of the title compound is 52.7%.
