摘要
本实验室及国外实验室已报道B组维生素B1,B6,B12的镇痛作用,但维生素B2对痛阈的影响,尚未见报道。实验应用辐射热甩尾法测痛,刺激坐骨神经C类纤维诱发体感皮层电反应(平均诱发电位),以[3H]标记放免测定血中前列腺素E2,探讨了维生素B2对大鼠痛阈的影响及其机制。结果证明,腹腔注射75和150mg/kg维生素B2可降低大鼠痛阈;而且可被由腹腔注射的醋氨酚所对抗。放免测定血中前列腺素证明注射维生素B2后,血中前列腺素含量明显升高。因而认为,维生素B2降低大鼠痛阈的作用,可能与外周前列腺素含量升高有关。
The analgesic effect of vitamine B 1 ,B 6, and B 12 has been shown in several laboratories. But there is no report concerning the analgesic effect of vitamine B 2 yet .In the present study radiant heat induced tail flick latency test,the recording of somatosensory evoked potential of C fiber by stimulating sciatic nerve and radioimmuneoassay of blood plasm prostagladin E 2 (PGE 2) were done to observe the effect of vitamine B 2 on the pain threshold.The vitamine B 2(75 and 150mgkg,i.p.) decreased the pain threshold in rats .The hyperalgesic effect of vitamine B 2 was blocked by paracetamol(ip.) and the plasm content of PGE 2 increased significantly after injection of vitamine B 2(i.p.).The results suggested that there is a possible relationship between the decreasing pain threshold by vitamine B 2 and the increasing of the PGE 2 in perpheral blood.
