摘要
目的研究硅凝胶膜(SGS)对瘢痕增生过程中成纤维细胞及细胞外基质的影响及其作用机理。方法以16例患者深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合后瘢痕为研究模型,采用组织学研究方法就硅凝胶膜在瘢痕增生过程中对成纤维细胞、胶原等细胞外基质的影响进行研究。结果应用硅凝胶膜后,胶原排列趋于一致,微血管丰富而呈开放状态,成纤维细胞的前胶原聚合体蓄积在细胞浆内;胶原总的含量减少,但Ⅲ型前胶原(hPcⅢ)含量维持在一个较高水平;透明质酸(HA)含量逐渐升高,接近正常皮肤水平。结论硅凝胶膜能抑制成纤维细胞胶原的合成及分泌,减少瘢痕组织内胶原的过度沉积,并促使瘢痕的组织结构向正常皮肤转化。
Objective To study the mechanisms and the changes of silicone gel sheet(SGS) on scar. Methods 16 patients scars which formed after deep thickness burns were served as the experimental mode. A histologic study were taken to evaluate the efficacy of SGS on fibroblasts and extracellular matrix of scar.Results After used the SGS , the arrange of collagen tend to unifying , micrangiums are rich and in opening condition, the polymeride of pre collagen accumulate in cytochylema in fibroblast, the total content of collagen is decreased, but the content of hPcⅢ is kept in a high level, the content of HA is increased gradually,which closes to the normal skin level.Conclusion SGS is able to inhibit collagen synthesis in and secretion from fibroblasts, decrease excessive collagen deposition and obtain a nomal like tissue structure in scar tissues.
