摘要
采用5种不同番茄品种接穗申粉9号、申粉8号、申粉918、浦红909和浦红968分别与茄子砧木72号进行嫁接,研究砧木对接穗过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶的影响。结果表明:番茄自根苗与以其为接穗的嫁接苗(茄子72号为砧木)的叶片的POD和SOD同工酶条带在不同品种间存在差异,尤以POD同工酶条带表现明显。其中申粉918接穗与其自根苗的POD和SOD同工酶相似性最高,根据同工酶相似系数与其与砧木的亲和性之间存在正相关的原理,故番茄申粉918与茄子砧木72号的嫁接亲和性最强。
With five species of tomato scions(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),Shenfen 8,Shenfen 9,Shenfen 918,Puhong 909 and Puhong 968,grafted on eggplant rootstock No.72,the peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)isozymes in the scions were studied.The results showed that significant difference was found in the bands of POD and SOD isozymes between different grafted seedlings and self-rooted seedlings.The scion of Shenfen 918 shared the highest similarity in the bands of leaf POD and SOD isozymes with its own grafted seedlings and self-rooted seedlings.Based on the principle that there is positive correlation between the similarity coefficient of isozymes and the compatibility of rootstock,the highest grafting compatibility was found between Shenfen 918 and eggplant rootstock No.72.
