摘要
教育实习是师范专业教学计划不可或缺的重要组成部分。教育实习的质量和效果很大程度上取决于指导教师的工作。本文指出了当前教育实习教师指导存在的问题,分析了高校指导教师的作用、指导内容和原则,着重探讨了指导教师的选派原则和培训方式、内容。
Education practice is an indispensable part of the teaching plan for education majors.The effect of education practice greatly depends on the work of guiding teachers.This paper,points out the problems in education practice at present,analyzes the guiding roles,contents and principles,and mainly discusses the selection and training of guiding teachers.
