摘要
目的：探讨和分析肺部结节病的影像学表现，提高对该病的认识，减少误诊。方法：对我院26例确诊肺部结节病患者的CT影像学资料进行分析。结果：26例患者中24例（92．4％）胸部淋巴结增大，6例（23．1％）见淋巴结钙化，17例（65．4％）伴发肺部异常。结论：肺部结节病用影像诊断和动态观察结果为依据，能比较准确的诊断该病，但是仍然需密切结合临床及治疗后随访，注意和其他类似疾病加以区别。
Objective：By exploring and analyzing the imaging appearance of pulmonary sareoidosis to raise awareness of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis. Methods CT diagnosis data of 26 cases of pulmonary Sarcoidosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results 24 cases （92.4%） were swollen and 6 patients （23.1%） accompanied with lymph node calcification, 17 patients （65.4%） associated with pulmonary abnormalities.
