肺部结节病的影像学探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨影像学在肺部结节病诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院1998年1月—2008年12月36例肺部结节病患者的临床及影像学资料。结果肺部结节病临床表现不典型,胸部X线片及常规CT仅表现为肺门增大,以双侧多见,易误诊为肺结核或肿瘤。高分辨率CT可明确显示肺门肿块及肺内病变的细节,结合纤维支气管镜活检或淋巴结、皮下结节等组织活检,即可明确诊断。结论影像学对胸部结节病的诊断及随访具有重要价值。
