摘要
交强险作为一个与世界接轨的险种,理论界有不同的解读,在实践过程中,保险公司与法院以及法院之间均存在不同的理解与做法。本文力求从司法实践和保险理赔的角度对"交强险"制度的完善进行阐述。
As one of insurances of jointed to the worl d,there has been a different comprehension of transportation forced insurance whether academe or practice units such as insurance corporation and court.This paper argues to consummate the transportation forced insurance law from aspects of judicatory practice and insurance compensation.
