摘要
开发区作为对外放的窗口、体制改革、机制创新的示范区,必将伴随着我国对外开放的进程和国内外形势的发展变化,不断调整发展思路,发挥先行先试的示范带动作用。特别是在当前形势下,国际经济全球化和区域经济一体化的趋势进一步加快,国内正进入全面建设小康社会的重要战略机遇期,改制向纵深推进。国家提出了促进地区协调发展的战略,对经济技术开发区的发展方针、发展原则和目标做出了重大调整,国家级开发区面临转型发展的必然趋势。本文针对现在开发区的状况提出了我国开发区转型发展趋势及相应对策。
ETDZ is the windows of China＇s reform and opening,the demonstration region of systematic reform and innovation of governmental mechanism,and will advance with the time and circumstance.It is and will always be the pioneer of the reform and opening.Today,the integration of global economy is progressing,China is aiming the target of comfortable level of living,under this background,China government take the Promote Coordinated Development of Different Regions as basic strategy,and modified the development targets,principles and policies of ETDZ,so,ETDZ authority must implement reform and transition accordingly.This paper elaborates the ETDZ＇s developing tendency and the counter measure on the background of ETDZs＇birth,growing and status。
