摘要
产业结构的战略性调整对于促进经济发展、加快经济增长方式转变、提高国际竞争力都具有重要的意义。而加入WTO ,赋予这一轮产业结构调整以新的机遇和挑战 ,这意味着我国产业结构调整必须放在国际经济环境中全盘考虑。国际经济全球化、信息化。
Adjustment of industrial structure is significant to our economic development, transformation of economic growth mode and promotion of international competitive power. Moreover, we have entered the WTO, which brings the adjustment more opportunities as well as more threats. Economic globalization, information and market trend become very important factors to our adjustment of industrial structure. So the authors analyze the effect of entrance into WTO and remarkable change of international economic condition on the aim and mode of the adjustment,on the government and the industries, and then advance some suggestions and countermeasures.
