摘要
研制一套全桥逆变式高频脉冲电解加工电源,该方案不仅可以解决斩波方式中电流容量不足问题,而且可以获得更高的输出频率。设计制作了高频变压器,通过设计合理的缓冲吸收电路,较好地解决了逆变过程中波形畸变、自激振荡以及电压过冲等问题。应用电源样机进行了电解机械复合抛光的工艺实验,实验结果验证了高频脉冲电源有利于提高工件表面质量和加工精度。
The scheme of full bridge inversion has been applied in this power supply for ECM(Electrochemical Machining).This project can solve the problem of electric current capacity lacking and lower output frequency.The inversion part has been designed and made to weaken voltage concussion,and reduce waveform distortion and shaking through designing suitable absorber circuit.A fast protect circuit has been designed.A series of electrochemical mechanical polishing tests using the power supply model have been carried out,and the result of test has proved high-frequency pulse power helps to improve surface quality and machining accuracy.
