摘要
采用三维单元对4105QB高速柴油机配气机构的摇臂进行有限元静力分析,求出摇臂在不同摆角时的刚度和等效质量。在机构动力分析时,用当量刚度和当量质量代入,这样既使机构动力学分析得到简化,又保证了摇臂的计算精度,为摇臂的优化设计提供了翔实可靠的理论依据。
The static analysis of the rocker of 4105QB high speed diesel engine Valve Train is carried on by FEA method with 3D element.The stiffness and the effective mass of the rocking arm mechanism are calculated at different swinging angles.The equivalent stiffness and equivalent mass are substituted in the structure dynamic analysis,which not only simplify the analysis but also ensure the accuracy of the calculation.And that could be a reliable theoretical support for the optimization of the rocking arm mechanism.
