摘要
以396系列大功率高速柴油机排气摇臂为研究对象,简要叙述了其排气摇臂的工作条件,分析了原成形工艺及其存在的缺陷,着重介绍了可确保排气摇臂成形、品质和合格品率的模锻成形工艺、锻模设计及其热处理工艺。
In allusion to the exhaust rocker arm of Series 396 high-speed heavy-duty (HSHD) diesel engine,this paper briefly introduces the working condition and forming techniques of exhaust rocker arm of HSHD diesel engine,analysis original forming techniques and its defects,places the stress on the introduction of die forging form techniques,forging die design and heat treatment techniques to ensure forming,quality and rate of qualified products of exhaust rocker arm.
