摘要
试验以泰山四叶参为材料,对其开花习性进行观察研究,发现四叶参雄蕊花药具有在开花前散粉的特性。自交与杂交试验结果表明,适宜去雄的蕾形态特征为：蕾为黄绿色,蕾尖未变色,剥开花蕾,5枚雄蕊紧紧包围在柱头周围,花药成熟尚未开裂散粉。蕾高度1.9~2.3cm,直径1.6~2.1cm;成熟柱头的形态特征及授粉的适宜时期：柱头3个心皮扇形展开,心皮边缘稍反卷;人工去雄后第5天、第6天。
Codonopsis lanceolata Benth.et Hook was taken as the material in this study,after the observation of its flowering habit ,we found that the stamen has the characteristic of pollen dispersing.The results of the trials of hybridization and self-pollination indicated that the optimum features of the castration of buds were buds with olivine,but without change color of its top,five stamens were distributed around closely to the stigma after peeling the buds and mature anther without crack and Pollination.The height and diameter of the buds were 1.9-2.3 cm and 1.6-2.1 cm,respectively.Features of mature anther and the optimum time of pollination were anthers with three carpals outspreading like a sector and the fringes of them were wrapped and reversed after manual castration 5 or 6 days.
