摘要
目的观察泰山四叶参乙醇提取物和水提取物对小鼠耐缺氧和抗疲劳能力的影响。方法分别灌胃给予折合生药含量20 g/kg、10 g/kg的泰山四叶参醇提取和水提物10 d后,采用耐缺氧、负重游泳及转棒等实验方法,观察小鼠不同时间的累计耗氧量及缺氧存活时间、负重游泳存活时间及转棒耐力时间。结果20 g/kg的两种泰山四叶参提取物均可明显降低不同时间的小鼠累计耗氧量,延长小鼠缺氧存活时间,小鼠负重游泳存活时间及转棒耐力时间亦明显延长,且水提物作用更为显著。结论泰山四叶参的醇提物和水提物均具有提高小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的作用,水提物的作用可能较醇提物明显。
Objective : To study the effects of the extracts of Codonopsis lanceolata on anti-fatigue function and hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods: The mice were observed by hypoxia tolerance, loaded swimming and rotational stick to measure the oxygen consumption, survival time and endurance time after being given 10, 20g/kg aqueous and alcohol ex- tracts for ten days. Results: The extracts, especially aqueous extract at the dose of 20g/kg, reduced the cumulative oxygen consumption at different time, and prolonged survival time of mice with hypoxia, the loaded swimming time and the rotational stick endurance time in mice. Conclusion : The aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Codonopsis lanceolata have anti-hypoxia capacity and anti -fatigue effects on mice, especially the large-dose aqueous extract.
