摘要 影响高职内涵式发展的诸多因素中,高职课堂的重构是一个难点问题。借鉴德国"双元制"职业教育课堂建设经验,达利女装学院将所有专业课程的实践课教学时数比例提高到70%以上,并完全在真实情景的生产车间里实施教学,并根据达利企业的岗位需求重构课程内容,把职业技能、职业素质、职业道德与职业理想培育贯穿到课堂教学与生产实践中,提高以工作任务为核心的"学做合一"的质量。 In many factors of impacting the connotation development of higher vocational schools, the reconstruction of the class is a difficult problem. Referring the experiences of German "dual system"of vocational education classroom building, Dali Suit-dress Institute increased the proportion of practice teaching hours of all professional courses to 70% or more, and implemented teaching in the real workshops scenario, reconstructed post course contents according to business needs, and integrated professional skills, professional quality, professional ethics and professional ideals into classroom teaching and practical production, which has increased teaching quality of integration of learning and doing that take working tasks as the core.
