摘要
近年来,因矿物绝缘油中的腐蚀性硫问题而导致多起变压器、电抗器等大型电力设备发生故障,该现象已引起国内外研究人员的广泛关注。综述了矿物绝缘油中腐蚀性硫的危害、来源、相关检测标准、抑制措施等研究进展以及研究过程中仍存在的一些问题,并在实验室完成对腐蚀性硫的产物——硫化亚铜(Cu2S)性能参数的测量,发现其为一种半导电物质,为进一步研究矿物绝缘油中腐蚀性硫相关机理奠定了基础。
In recent years, a number of failures due to the corrosive sulfur in mineral insulation oils have been reported, which mainly happened in HV transformers and reactors, and it has attracted great attention of researchers in domestic and abroad. In this paper, the research progress on the corrosive sulfur in mineral insulation oils was presented in terms of the risk, origin, related detection standards and suppression methods and some problems that still exist were described. Moreover, the basic performance of copper sulfide(Cu2S), a product of corrosive sulfur was measured in laboratory, which showed us that it is a semiconductive material.
