摘要 研究了晶须呈不同排列方式的SiCw/6061Al复合材料不同温度下的压缩行为.通过SEM、TEM观察了压缩前后复合材料的组织形貌,用热模拟试验机和图象分析仪对压缩过程中应力-应变曲线和压缩前后复合材料的取向进行了测定.结果表明,晶须取向和变形温度对复合材料的压缩行为有重要影响,塑性变形仅是晶须转动的必要条件,晶须取向和变形温度决定复合材料变形的均匀性. The compression of SiCw/6061Al composites at different temperature with different whisker array was investigated. Microstructure of the composites before and after compression was observed on SEM. A Dynamic Thermal/Mechanical Simulation System as well as an Image analyzer were used to measure the stress strain curves of compression and the whisker orientation in the uncompressed or compressed composites. Results show that the hot compression of composites is greatly affected by whisker orientation and deformation temperature, which determine the composite′s deformation uniformity. The plastic deformation is only a prerequisite the rotation of whiskers.
