摘要
将有限元分析方法引入螺旋刃刀具ＣＡＤ的强度、变形计算，对麻花钻螺旋沟槽的网格划分、单元节点设置及受力情况进行了分析，对不同直径麻花钻各主要参数的变化对扭转刚度的影响进行了计算。
The finite element analyzing method is introduced into the strength and deformation calculations of the helical cutter CAD.The separation of elements,the setting of nodes of units and the force situation of twist drills are analyzed.The influence of the variation of main parameters of twist drills with different diameters on the twisting stiffness is also calculated.
