基于失效分析的铝合金高速铣刀设计方法研究

Design technology of high-speed milling cutter for aluminum alloy base on failure analysis

摘要 通过对试制样品在切削试验和实际使用中失效形式的实证考察,结合在高速切削状态下高强度铝合金的切削性能和铣刀的应力应变特征,分析了铝合金高速铣刀的失效机理,确定了铝合金高速铣刀的具体设计方法,并简要介绍了其制造、使用要求。 Base on machinability of aluminum alloy and stress-strain of milling cutter under highspeed,failure mechanism is analyzed by investigating cutting test data and probation of sample. The concrete design method of high-speed milling cutter for aluminum alloy is established,and the requirements of manufacture and use is introduced briefly.
