摘要
从商丘的自然、地理、经济状况出发,研究了该市干旱缺水的气候环境及多年气候变化趋势。结果表明,干旱是商丘最易发生的气象灾害,对农业的影响最严重;该市降水总体呈减少趋势,年际变化较大,且各季降水分布不均,夏季降水最多,冬季降水最少;7月份降水最多,11月份降水最少;东部降水日数多于西部。该市变暖趋势进一步加剧,年平均气温上升0.7℃,冬季增温现象最明显。开发空中云水资源,实施人工增雨战略工程,是解决干旱地区水资源短缺的有效途径。
The dry and water-starved climatic environment and multi-year climatic change trend of Shangqiu City were researched from its natural,geographic and economic conditions. The results showed that drought was the most incidental meteorological disaster in Shangqiu and its influence on agriculture was the severest; the whole trend of rainfall in this city was decreasing and its annual change was greater,The seasonal distribution of rainfall was not even,it was the most in summer and was the least in winter. The rainfall in Jul. was the most and that in Nov. was the least. The raining days in east were more than that in west. The warming trend of this City was intensified further (the annual average temperature was increased by 0. 7 ℃) and the warming phenomenon was most obvious in winter. Developing cloud and water resources in the sky and putting strategic project of manual rain-increasing into practice are the effective ways to solve water-deficiency of dry areas.
