摘要
目的:了解东莞市东城区托幼儿童乙肝表面抗体水平及乙肝疫苗免疫效果。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,在东莞市东城区13间幼儿园中,每间幼儿园随机抽取大1、中1、小1各1个班,被抽中班级儿童均为调查对象,对各调查对象进行乙肝免疫状况调查,并对抗-HBs阴性者进行5μg疫苗加强免疫1～3针,免疫后1～3个月进行抗-HBs检测。结果:1362名儿童抗-HBs阳性率为67.47%。接种4、5、6针次者抗-HBs阳性率(分别为78.93%、90.16%和92.86%)与接种3针次以下者的阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。抗-HBs阴性儿童加强免疫1、2、3针次者抗-HBs阳性率分别为78.51%、87.21%和91.80%。加强免疫3针组的抗-HBs阳性率显著高于加强免疫1针组(P<0.05)。结论:东莞市东城区托幼儿童抗-HBs阳性率与其他全国地区相似,对抗-HBs阴性儿童应加强免疫。
Objective：To investigate the anti-HBs level and the effect of HBV vaccine among preschool-age children in Dongcheng district of Dongguan city. Methods：Stratified random sampling method was used in this cross-sectional study. 36 classes from grade one to three of 13 kindergartens were chosen and all of children in these were surveyed on the serum markers of hepatitis B by ELISA.Negative children of anti-HBs were enhanced of hepatitis B vaccine 5 μg. Results：The total positive rate of anti-HBs among 1 362 children was 67.47%.The positive rate among those who received additional one to tree booster vaccination,which were 78.93%,90.16% and 92.86% respectively,were significantly higher than that of whom received only initial vaccination（all P0.01） .Among negative children of anti-HBs,the positive rate of anti-HBs who received additional one to three booster vaccination were 78.51%,87.21% and 91.8% respectively,the positive rate of antiHBs of children who received additional three booster vaccination were significantly higher than that of children who received additional one booster vaccination（P0.05） . Conclusion：The positive rate of anti-HBs among preschool-age children in Dongcheng district of Dongguan City is similar to those in other districts of our country,strengthen immunity among negative children of anti-HBs is necessary.
