摘要
阐述了师德师能的基本含义,指出新时期高校教师师德师能的具体特征,教师应在"以人为本"的教育理念下对科学真理进行不断地追求和探索;创新能力的提高是师能的灵魂,现代教育手段和方法是师能的基础,高等教育教学思想和观念是师能的保证;师德师能的建设应该从个人和社会两个方面进行。
The essay expounds the basic meaning of the professional ethic and the teaching ability of college teachers and demonstrates their specific features in the new era. It is believed that teachers should continuously seek the scientific truth under the pedagogy of people-orientation. As far as the teaching ability is concerned, it is well-known that the innovative competence is the soul~ the modern educational means and methods are the base; and the higher educational thought and the idea are the guarantee. The construction of professional ethnic and teaching ability should be promoted individually and socially.
