一氧化氮治疗仪的临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨吸入一氧化氮(NO)治疗不同类型的肺动脉高压的适应证及疗效。方法采用BG-951型一氧化氮治疗仪治疗先天性心脏病(CHD)伴肺动脉高压(PH)惠儿81例、高原性肺水肿22例、新生地持续肺动脉高压(PPHN)10例、肺心病20例、哮喘10例,共计5种类型143例患者。结果对CHD伴PH患儿可显著降低PAP(P<0.01),对高原肺水肿患者肺部湿性罗音和X线胸片阴影消失时间比常规治疗显著缩短(P<0.01),对PPHN患儿氧合指数显著改善,肺动脉压力降低(P<0.05),对肺心病血氧分压及血氧饱和度明显改变(P<0.05),对10例哮喘患者肺通气功能改变率为20%有4例,改变率为10%有3例。结论BG-951型一氧化氮治疗仪性能稳定可靠,治疗多种肺动脉高压安全、有效。 Objective To study the indication and effectiveness of NO inhalation in acute all types of pulmonary hypertension. Methods Using BG - 951 NO inhaled instrument to cure 81 children wtih congerital heart desease (CHD) and pulmonary hyperension(PH) ,22 high - altitude pulmonary edema. 10 Newborns with persistent pulmonary hypertension (PPHN), 20 patients with pulmonary disease, 8 patients with bronchial tone, there are five types and 141 patients in all. Results For CHD and PH children, PAP can be reduced (P<0.01); For high- altitude pulmonary edema patients, the lung noist rales and the confluent of chest filme disapper quickly more than usual treatment (P < O.01); o0r PPHN, oxygenationand pulmonary artery pressure obviously improved (p< 0.05); For pulmonary disease patients, blood oxide pressure and blood oxide saturation can be markedly increased (P < O.05);For bronchial tone patients, the lung function of the lO cases,4 Patients show almost 20% improvement, 3 patients show 10% improvement. Conclusion BG - 951 instrument of inhaledntric oxide is very effective on these diseases.
