摘要
目的探讨骨水泥型半髋治疗高龄Evans Ⅳ型股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法应用骨水泥型半髋治疗高龄Evans Ⅳ型股骨转子间骨折27例。结果患者均获随访,时间6~48个月。按Harris评分标准评定疗效：优15例,良9例,可3例。结论骨水泥型半髋治疗高龄Evans Ⅳ型股骨转子间骨折是减少并发症、改善高龄患者生活质量的一种有效方法 。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of cemented hip hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of Evans Type Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric fracture for aged patients.Methods 27 cases of aged patients with Evans Type Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated with cemented hip hemiarthroplasty.Results A follow-up of all patients from 6 months to 48 months was done.According to the Harris hip score,the function was excellent in 15 cases,good in 9 and fair in 3.Conclusions Cemented hip hemiarthroplasty in the treatment of Evans Type Ⅳ femoral intertrochanteric fracture for aged patients is effective,which can reduce the complications,and improve the living quality.
