摘要
目的探讨提高指尖再植成活率的方法。方法 36例(37指)在显微镜下再植,行动、静脉吻合或仅行动脉吻合,结合放血疗法。结果坏死4指,成活33指,成活率89%。33指获随访6～12个月,按照中华医学会手外科分会断指再植功能评定标准:优28指,良5指。结论指尖再植手术方法得当,成活率较高,术后外形、功能均满意。
Objective To explore operative methods to enhance survival rate of fingertip replantation.Methods 36 cases（37 fingers）were replanted with microsurgery and taken operative techniques such as anastomosing both artery and vein,only anastomosing artery and small incision blood-letting.Results 4 fingertips failed,33 fingertips survived,and the survival rate was 89%.All cases were followed up for 6~12 months.According to the grade trial standards enacted by society of Hand Surgery of Chinese Medical Association,the function was excellent in 28 fingers and good in 5 fingers.Conclusions Replantation of severed fingertips with proper ways can obtain not only survival rate but good appearance and function.
