摘要
在立轴旋转系统中采用永磁卸荷环节,利用其产生的磁力将主动或从动旋转部分卸荷,减小运行时的摩擦力,以提高转速,节省能量,其应用潜力很大。在永磁卸荷环节设计中,磁体产生的磁力的计算是一个很重要的方面,本文介绍了采用麦克斯韦应力法对永磁卸荷环节磁力的计算,此法也可用于其它永磁系统的磁力计算。
A permanent magnet(P.M.) unloading system in a vertical shaft system produces P.M. force to unload driving or driven part.It can reduce the friction and raise rotation speed,and save energy,and will be very useful in the near future.The P.M.force calculation during the P.M. unloading system design is a very important work.In this paper we expound the P.M. force calculation for P.M. unloading system using Maxwell Stress Method.The computation method can also be used in other P.M. system design.
