摘要
总结尚天裕教授骨折治疗的思想体系，即：正骨手法与正骨原则、自动牵引复位原则、骨折弹性固定原则、有限固定原则、动静结合原则、以及骨痂生长与骨折愈合的慨念。由于该学术体系是对以往各种学派的充实与革新，且为国内外学术界所推崇，故被倡导为“中国接骨学”即ＣＯ学派。
Prof.Shang Tianyus ideological system of fracture treatment,i.e.the manipulation and principle of bone setting,principle of automatic traction reduction,principle of elastic fixation of fracture,principle of limited fixation,principle of combination of movement and immobilization,and the conception of osteotylus growth and fracture union were summarized.Owing to the replenishment and innovation on the works of previous schools,and being held in esteem by academic circles both at home and on abroad,this system is initiated as “Chinese Osteosynthesis(CO)'.
