摘要
外翻是一种常见的前足畸形,可严重影响患者的行走功能。其临床表现为指外翻畸形及第一跖趾关节内侧疼痛肿胀。尽管外翻的病因学研究在不断开展,但其发病机制及影响因素目前还存在争议。本文从外翻病因学及发病机制方面进行综述。
Hallux valgus is a common forefoot deformity that can seriously affect the patient’s walking function.Clinical manifestations are the pain and medial deviation of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the great toe.Although the theories are being developed,its pathogenesis and etiologies are still controversial.This article reviews the etiologies and pathogenesis of the hallux valgus.
